The room was very clean. Last time I visited I felt it was newly built or recently upgraded. That was 4 yrs ago. I noticed only mild changes like scuffing on doors. Again I felt bedding and comfort of beds excellent. I noticed some basic wear but it will not keep me from returning. I loved the local asheville tea company tea offerings but the coffee was still excellent and the morning coffee table still very appealing. All staff are helpful, kind and professional. Cant wait to return
